Our Courses
Complete Bar Training is an Exquisite Bar Solutions program created and based on the projects developed by the world’s leading bar experts. The program operates in a workshop system, with video presentations, demonstrations, analysis, practice.
Structured in three directions: profile / culture / technique, Complete Bar Training provides any beginner or advanced bartender with the basics, information and techniques needed by a professional.
The agenda includes mixology, barista or “craft bartending” modules.
The duration of the program is 30 hours, from Monday to Friday, daily between 12-18.00. A maximum of 10 participants can be registered for a session.
Barista 50.30.2.1 Pro Training is an Exquisite Bar Solutions program, which provides any beginner or advanced bartender with the necessary information and techniques. Training agenda: history of coffee, coffee from tree to guest (varieties, brand coffee vs. origin coffee, properties, differences), coffee processing methods, coffee preparation methods (espresso, vacuum syphon, v60, cold brew, aeropress, ), espresso machine maintenance, grinder maintenance, perfect espresso the 4 M, cappuccino, latte-art, coffee cocktails.
The duration of the program is 3 days of 5 hours per day, a maximum of 6 participants can be registered for a session.
For this training, participants will receive an Exquisite Bar Solutions diploma signed by Caradeanu Adrian – bar trainer Exquisite Bar Solutions and Marius Gogoasa – Manager Exquisite Bar Solutions and president of the Association of Professional Bartenders – Exquisite Bar Solutions.
The Professional Performance Bartenders Training program is structured in such a way that each participant acquires basic information and techniques in Flair Bartending: Working Flair, Exhibition Flair, Pours & Cuts, Working With Style, How to Practice, how to Prepare a Competition.
The program also includes the WorldFlairAssociation international accreditations.
The duration of the program is 5 days/ 30 hours. At the end of the session, bartenders receive a participation diploma, signed by Luca Valentin and Ionut Ivanov.
